New ITGRC Director, Dr. Patsos

SYNTAX IT Inc. has named Dr. Dimitrios Patsos ITGRC Business Director.
Dr. Patsos has many years of international experience in Information Security and Risk Management, having implemented and directed large-scale complex projects in more than 30 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
He holds a PhD from the University of Piraeus, a postgraduate degree from the Royal Holloway University of London and a BA of the Athens University of Economics and Business. Dr. Patsos holds many professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, etc.) and is an active member of international organizations (ISACA, (ISC)², Electronic Frontier Foundation, etc.).
He has worked at ADACOM and Space Hellas, while as a scientific advisor he has collaborated research with the University of Piraeus and several technology companies.
Nicholas Afxentiadis, President of SYNTAX IT Group welcoming Dr. Patsos, said that the inclusion of Dr. Patsos, one of the most renowned market executives, in the position of ITGRC Business Unit Director marks the group’s investment strategy to lead the ITGRC business in Greece and in the Arabian Gulf and emphasized that in synergy with the other Business Units, ITOM, DevOps, and DM/BI, SYNTAX IT Group is founding its future in the Digital Age on the four main pillars of IT.
